The boards are controlled through the electronic components that are assembled on them. Each of these parts may be damaged for many reasons, including the use of low-quality parts, sudden increase in voltage, sudden decrease in voltage, etc. These damages cause the failure of a part of the board or the whole board.

Problems of electronic boards:

In general, electronic board failures are divided into the following four categories:

Failure of the power supply unit

Physical failure of electronic boards

Port failure

Failure of circuit or device functions

Power block failure:

In some cases, the failure of the power supply block ends by changing a fuse or a resistor. But in most cases it is not so easy and the circuit map must be analyzed so that it can be examined in more complete detail.

Physical damage:

Physical failure includes hitting the board or burning the PCB part of the circuit. In case of impact or burn, if the PART.NO is clear, the damaged parts should be replaced, but otherwise, the board needs further analysis.

Port failure:

The failure of the ports can be due to the damage of one of the components in the output or input layer of the circuit.
